How do I return a product to Primetime Trends for a refund?

All products from Primetime Trends come with a 35 Day money-back guarantee. The 35 day return window day starts from when you placed your order. If for any reason any part of your order does not ship within 2 business days from when you placed your order, the extra days will automatically be added to your return window.

To initiate a return, please visit http://returns.primetimetrends.com and fill out the form. If you are asked to return an item to Primetime Trends, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you.

In the case that your item is returned to Primetime Trends, your refund will be issued within 2 business days of shipping the product back to us.

In the case that your item does not need to be returned to Primetime Trends, your refund will be issued within 2 business days of your return request being submit.
