How do I track my order?

We strive to always get your order shipped within 2 business. (Examples: Monday orders will ship by Wednesday, Friday orders will ship by Tuesday.) Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be made available to you via email. Note: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to hit the system.

If your tracking number starts with a number, please visit https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com and paste in the tracking number that you received.

If your tracking number starts with "ASL", please visit http://wpdstrack.com and paste in the tracking number that you received.

If it has been more than 3 business days (Mon-Fri) since placing your order, please contact customer support via phone to make sure that your spam filter is not blocking your tracking. Customer service can be reached Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Mountain Standard Time.
